Motion

That the new text included after 2nd bullet point in Section 15.1.1.14 (ref. 15.7) be deleted.

So that "To include commitment to retaining social and affordable housing as the primary use of the O'Devaney Gardens site" not be contained in the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022.

Reason: Given that the Development Plan provides for a statutory Local Area Plan for the Stoneybatter including the O'Devaney Gardens site, that statutory process is sufficient in determining the future redevelopment use of sites like O'Devaney Gardens.
