Motion

A motion by the Green Party to require that all developments over 50 residential units/5,000m2 provide 5% for social, cultural, creative and artistic purposes in the SDZ as identified in a cultural and community audit. This space can be provided in tandem with artistic, creative and cultural needs identified through community audits to achieve viable economies of scale. Each block Masterplan/application will need to demonstrate how this is being incorporated.
