"That Dublin City Council supports the use of modular factory built housing as a temporary measure to providing good quality and secure living facilities for homeless families and including young children currently in Emergency hotel/B&B accommodation in Dublin, and that this DCC calls on the Government to provide adequate housing for said families with specified guidelines."
